If your course is a registered course at CUHK but student information is not available at the time we open the course for you, students will be enrolled to your course automatically when the information is available at the beginning of the academic term.

During the add/drop period, the system will enroll new students to your course and un-enroll students who have dropped your course. Please refer to "Class list update" below for further information on how student accounts on Moodle are managed for you.

In addition, you and the support staff have the full authority to add and delete students in your course by following the instructions at http://moodle.cuhk.edu.hk/cuhk_guide/faq.php#2_01 at anytime.

If your course is a registered course, the system will keep synchronizing the class list of your course (i.e. list of students allowed access to your course) with the course registration information at Registration & Examinations Section and Graduate School. The system will enroll new students to your course and un-enroll students who have dropped your course automatically. The class list of your course may keep changing during the add/drop period at the beginning of the academic term. Also, please be noted that there may be time gap in updating data to Moodle.
